What we collect

• Account information you provide: name, email, role, institution.
• Study content you create on the platform: research questions, endpoints, statistical analysis plans, protocol drafts, reference lists.
• Usage telemetry: pages visited, features used, errors encountered. Used only to improve the product.
• Per-project LLM token usage, for cost tracking.

What we do NOT collect during the beta

• Patient-level data. SynapseR is methodology infrastructure. Do not enter identifiable patient information into the platform during the beta.
• Payment information. The beta is free.

How your data is handled

• All study content is stored on infrastructure managed by GAMTpedia Limited in the European Union.
• Your study content is private to your account. We do not share, sell, or use your study content for advertising. Aggregated, anonymised usage patterns may be used to improve the platform.
• LLM calls are routed through the model providers (Anthropic and others) under their respective terms; we do not retain LLM context beyond what is needed to deliver the response and (where relevant) display it back to you.

Your rights (GDPR, EU)

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the data you have provided. Email info@gamtpedia.com for any data request and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and tracking

SynapseR uses cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies during the beta.

Changes

This policy will be updated as the platform matures and as professional legal review is completed. Material changes will be notified by email to active accounts.
